About Me

I'm a born and bred Jersey Girl, and love all things related to our great state—the shore, the shopping, Bruce Springsteen, just to name a few. Though I vehemently deny any resemblance to anyone on TV who happens to live or vacation in this state! I still reside in Bergen County, close to the New York City, the Jersey Shore, and some of the best shopping in the world!

As a full-time working mom of two, my time is precious, and I look forward to the end of the day when I can settle in my chair and go off to visit different worlds, or simply alternate ones! The allure of two characters finding their way past obstacles to be together, indulging in some steamy sex along the way, is impossible to resist. I write in many different genres – paranormal, historical, sci-fi. The one constant is that there is a deeply emotional love story in every one of them. I like to write about the physical aspects of a relationship, but it’s the emotional journey the characters take me on that I enjoy the most.

I've always written or told stories – sometimes to myself, sometimes, as I got older, to and for my friends. I wrote a lot of fan fiction – before I even knew that’s what it was called, and eons before the internet made it easily available to everyone. I completed my first novel at 14, hand-written in a 5 subject spiral notebook. Of course, most of it was written when I should have been taking notes in class, but does anyone really need to know all those algebra equations? Looking back, I realize even the stories I wrote just for fun always had a love story at their core.

My heroes tend to be edgy men who won’t hesitate at times to use unethical methods to achieve their goals. This doesn’t make them immoral, just willing to do what it takes to get what they want – usually the heroine! Of course, that heroine is the woman who turns his world on its ear and makes him rethink a lot of his decisions.
